Three brothers who got tired of watching good businesses lose work
Nemr is our family name. Putting it on the company was a deliberate decision, because it means the work is attached to us personally.
We kept noticing the same thing. Skilled trades doing genuinely good work, quietly losing jobs to competitors who were not better, only easier to find. A slow website from years ago. No presence in local search. Ad spend nobody could account for.
We also heard how those businesses had been treated by agencies. Contracts they could not exit, reports full of terms nobody explained, and a monthly invoice with no link to any job that came in.
So we built the thing we wished existed. A small agency that talks to owners like adults, builds around one specific business, and can point at exactly where the work is coming from.
We are early. That has a real advantage for the businesses working with us now. Attention is not spread thin, and we have every reason to make the first projects something we can point at for years.
Concrete is where we have gone deepest so far, and the plan is to keep widening across the local trades as the team grows.

Three rules we do not bend
Say what you actually mean
If a plan cannot be explained on the phone in two minutes, it is not a plan, it is a package.
Show the numbers, good or bad
A month where something did not work is useful information. Hiding it wastes everyone's money.
Earn the next month
No lock-in. If the work stops being worth paying for, you should be free to walk.
